Description: Collector's edition created for photographer and publisher for limited edition sale. The case wrap of the jacketed trade edition was covered in tan suede, foil stamped, and included a numbered, author-signed tip-in page in the front of the book. The book was housed in a suede-covered clamshell box and included a limited edition photo print signed by the photographer.
